Returns & Exchange

Returns & Exchange :

- Easy replacement ( Subject to Availability) in case of  size issue ( For Shoes & Clothing) or defect found at the time of opening the package. 

- In case of Replacement, an initial unpacking video should be provided to us to prove the defect.  Unpacking video is Mandatory. 

- Replacement will be done only if the issues is intimidated within three days of delivery. 

- Replacements will be processed only once the product has been received in our office and has been checked for quality. 

- Customer needs to courier us the product for replacement. 

- No Exchange in case of used Products.

- No Returns / Refunds. 

- Exchange with Different Product is Not possible. 

- Get Full Refund if Product not Delivered.
