Customers are requested to provide full and accurate information.
Customers are requested to provide up to 1 week for processing and delivery of orders. In event of any inevitable delay, Shop4freakers will inform the customer and will try to sort it as soon as possible.
While we will make sure that such problem does not occur, customer are requested to place the order keeping in mind that there may be a chance of a minor color variation due nature of fabric dyes or lightning effect.
All items offered are subjected to availability at the time of placing your order.
You can pay Extra & get the Brand Packaging ( Og Kits) for Sunglasses & Watches. The prices updated on the website doesn't included it.
For cash on delivery orders, Courier companies have policy of maximum three delivery attempts. If the order is not delivered in three attempts then it is marked as returned. And the booking amount Paid will considered as To & Fro Shipping Charges. Hence won't be refunded.
The products does not carry any warranty that the official brand offers.
Returns & Exchange :
- Easy replacement ( Subject to Availability) in case of size issue ( For Shoes & Clothing) or defect found at the time of opening the package.
- In case of Replacement, an initial unpacking video should be provided to us to prove the defect. Unpacking video is Mandatory. Without the Video, we will not be able to help you at any cost.
- Replacement will be done only if the issues is intimidated within 36 hours of delivery, as the courier company has to intimidated about the problem within this time period.
- Replacements will be processed only once the product has been received in our office and has been checked for quality.
- Customer needs to courier us the product for replacement.
- No Exchange in case of used Products.
- No Returns / Refunds.
- Exchange with Different Product is Not possible.
- Get Full Refund if Product not Delivered.
